Breaking news out of Philadelphia. A man was shot in the chest and critically wounded on the 3800 block of Brown Street. Police rushed to the scene, took two people into custody, and recovered a firearm along with other evidence. The victim was transported to a hospital by officers and remains in critical condition. Breaking news out of Philadelphia. Two people were shot during a fight in the parking lot of a Speedway gas station. Police say it happened around eleven oh eight this morning on East Lehigh Avenue. During the altercation, a man pulled out a gun and opened fire. A man was shot in the head and is listed in critical condition. A woman was shot in the leg and is expected to survive. No arrests have been made, and the shooter has not been identified. Police are asking anyone with information to come

Breaking news out of West Philadelphia. Officers from the nineteenth district responded to a report of a shooting near the two hundred block of North Sixty Second Street earlier today. Police arrived and found a thirty four year old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Medics transported the victim to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. Investigators say there is no known motive at this time, and no arrests have been made.
