Here is the advice of @simcoachen (IG) “A straight line with the hand, wrist and forearm gives you a large surface area that will make you collect more water. Point your elbow up, forward and out as you lower the forearm into vertical. Then press it back for speeed. 🤜🏻🤛🏻 Put on some fins and take one thing at a time.
