Our Head Market Gardener, Jez, harvesting early summer rhubarb which has loved all of the recent rain followed by such hot sunny weather. Once harvested, this rhubarb will go straight to the pastry team in our organic bakery who will use it to make delicious compotes, tarts and cakes, all available in our farmshops and cafes.
