Producer Billy Sherrill bought this house on Nine Mile Hill in October 1968, just before Tammy Wynette released “Stand by Your Man,” which he produced. Sherrill productions like “Delta Dawn,” “Behind Closed Doors,” and “The Grand Tour” came out while he was here.
