Still on a high from my first adaptive @HYROXUK event, which I took part in yesterday in Manchester. I loved the experience from the very moment I arrived until I left. The final station was 100 wall balls, which I knew beforehand would be my weakness mainly because I hadn't done them since the adaptive CrossFit finals and due to my recent shoulder injury.
