Clearly, the ghost of Parsons was trapped in that room for almost 40 years waiting for someone to set him free and refill the world with his music.

Many have argued for his induction in the past and there have been petitions. Gram's Nudie suit is even on display at the Country Music Hall Of Fame.

I personally am a fan of GP and was lucky enough to see him perform live several times. However, I know many folks that don't even know who Gram Parsons was. Too much out of sight out of mind.
