President Donald Trump’s new ban on travel to the United States by citizens from 12 mainly African and Middle Eastern countries is set to take effect on Monday.

ICE agents will be out "every day" regardless of pushback amid widespread protests across Los Angeles County, Tom Homan told NBC News on Saturday.

The streets of Los Angeles rang with the sound of flash-bang grenades on Friday, as camouflage-clad federal agents rolled through the garment district in search of workers who they suspected of being undocumented immigrants. They were met with protesters, who chanted and threw eggs before being dispersed with pepper spray and nonlethal bullets.

"I have always supported Trump, through thick and thin. However, this is unacceptable and inhumane," said Florida Sen. Ileana Garcia.
