Authorities say the victim, Donald Bartel, was in the parking lot of a business at 103 Bracken Road when the incident happened, around 10 a.m.

Dr. Emily Koelsch, a pediatrician involved with the campaign, said it also aims to get kids and teens off of their electronic devices.
