Mohawked real estate/hospitality investor Robert Rivani, of Black Lion Investment Group, has sold his Miami Beach penthouse for $8 million — down from its $8.8 million asking price last June.
Rivani stripped the 1920s home down to its studs. He said he is going to wrap up an Aman Resort-inspired redo of 22102 Pacific Coast Highway by the first quarter of 2024, according to the Journal.
Robert Rivani, president of Black Lion, purchased the home on Billionaires’ Beach last year for $19.5 million from HBO exec Michael Lambert.
