History will judge Matt LaFleur, even if he’s never fired
The reality is, LaFleur’s probably going to be the guy who guides the Packers through this window of contention, like it or not. But that doesn’t mean history won’t judge him. And of the key figures in the Packers’ organization right now, I think LaFleur is the most squarely in the crosshairs to be judged harshly.

There has been no shortage of frustration throughout Wisconsin in the last few weeks. Much of that, understandably so, has been directed squarely at Matt Lafleur.
With Tucker Kraft out for the season, tight end Luke Musgrave and others will be called on to play bigger roles in the Packers' offense.
Luke Musgrave can help replace Tucker Kraft in his own way, but Matt LaFleur may need to rework the Packers offense after a tough injury break.
