Resellers will be unable to adjust the price, as “face value exchange was developed to provide artists with a way to minimize scalping and get tickets to fans at the price they set,” according to Ticketmaster. Fans can now sign up for the artist presale on Ticketmaster until Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 6 p.m.
