As election results approach, there’s a lot of political activity in Delhi. A big meeting is taking place at Arvind Kejriwal’s house, where senior leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), including Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh,

Taking it to X, AAP Chief Kejriwal on Thursday claimed that 16 AAP candidates had received offers from the BJP with the promise of ministerial positions and rupees 15 crore each if they switched sides.

Hours before the results, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) called a meeting of all its 70 candidates on Friday, according to reports. The meeting will be chaired by AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal.

The meeting will likely focus on preparations for the results and addressing concerns over alleged horse-trading of MLAs.

Delhi LG VK Saxena has written to ACB asking them to investigate the charge levelled by former CM Arvind Kejriwal that the BJP was trying to poach AAP MLAs for Rs 15 crore ahead of results.

In a post on social media X, Kejriwal indirectly accused the BJP of attemting to poach AAP candidates to join the party. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi also echoed the same allegations. BJP has vehemently dismissed the allegations.

Rejecting the allegation, BJP Delhi chief Virendra Sachdeva said the AAP claims are a result of their 'frustration' as they stare at electoral defeat.

Most exit polls released after the conclusion of voting at 6 PM on Wednesday predicted a likely win for the BJP, while the AAP to finish second and a complete rout for the Congress for the third consecutive term.

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva rejected the allegations, calling them a sign of the AAP's “frustration” over an impending electoral defeat.
