LSU Tigers football, Ole Miss and transfer portal

The LSU Tigers and new head coach Lane Kiffin have emerged as a top destination for an elite transfer portal quarterback.
Stamps, who earned significant snaps during Fall Camp leading into the 2025 season, dropped down the depth chart come the regular season with Virginia Tech transfer Mansoor Delane, five-star freshman DJ Pickett, and sophomore standout PJ Woodland handling duties at cornerback.
Curne joined Solomon Thomas and Tyler Miller as the four-star offensive linemen in LSU’s 2025 signing class. However, LSU fired head coach Brian Kelly in November, and Kiffin hired Eric Wolford to replace Brad Davis as the Tigers’ offensive line coach. Davis served as Curne’s lead recruiter.
Lane Kiffin is the “Portal King”, and the LSU Tigers need a QB in the transfer portal. DJ Lagway, Dylan Raiola, Sam Leavitt, and Brendan Sorsby are some of the top-rated QB’s to keep an eye on, but more will hit the portal. It’s #GarlandontheAvenue pic.twitter.com/1Cw2QAGfLh
