Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is appearing to acknowledge that the Pentagon has developed plans to take over Greenland and Panama by force if necessary.

Hegseth dodged the question when asked by a Republican congressman to clarify earlier remarks that left open the possibility the military has a blueprint for invading the Danish territory.
