The state lawmakers toured the remaining section of roadway, the ramps leading to where the bridge once stood before the deadly collapse in March 2024.

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, along with state and local leaders, toured the Francis Scott Key Bridge demolition site Wednesday morning. WBAL-TV was on the bridge and got an up-close look at the work being done and reactions of officials who walked the site.

Demolition crews are working to remove large sections of the remaining pieces of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge after its deadly collapse last year.
