Aaron Judge returned to the New York Yankees Tuesday from a 10-game stint on the injured list. His presence didn't shift the fortunes of a faltering Yankees team.

Judge, who hasn't played in a game since July 25, is expected to be a designated hitter for a period of time as he works on his throwing motion. The move likely means Giancarlo Stanton, the team's everyday DH, would move to the outfield until Judge can get back out there.
