Lakers star LeBron James and leading vote-getter Giannis Antetokounmpo highlighted the NBA All-Star starters who were unveiled Thursday night.
The NBA revealed the starters – some of them, anyway – for the revamped All-Star Game on Thursday night, and there wasn't much in the way of surprises. James is now officially an All-Star for the 21st year, and Antetokounmpo is now the ninth player to win the fan vote in back-to-back seasons.
Anthony Davis led LA with 24 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Austin Reaves had 23 points, three rebounds and six assists. LeBron James finished with 20 points, 14 rebounds and six assists. Kristaps Porzingis led Boston with 22 points, seven rebounds and two assists.

If there is any hopeful throwback to Knicks history it is that the last time the Knicks had two starters in the All-Star Game it was in 1975 when Walt Frazier and Earl Monroe made up the backcourt.
So some like Alperen Sengun, Domantas Sabonis and Jaren Jackson might get reserve spots. But the real tough decision is measuring Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Anthony Davis against Victor Wembanyama. I’ll go with Durant and LeBron this time — and assume the other two will be in the game.
