A symbolic blue hard hat was placed at the Carter Center Memorial by Habitat for Humanity’s CEO, honoring the 39th president’s tireless humanitarian efforts. The centerpiece of this tribute is a white door installation, currently at the Atlanta ReStore, that invites volunteers, staff, and customers to leave handwritten messages to President Carter.
