Offensive Security has released Kali Linux 2022.3, the third version of 2022, with virtual machine improvements, Linux Kernel 5.18.5, new tools to play with, and improved ARM support.

Kali Linux 2023.3, the third version of 2023, is now available for download, with nine new tools and internal optimizations.

An eventual Kali Linux 2.1 would simply be a snapshot of the current software available, which 2.0 users would already have upgraded to.
