Torrential rain and thunderstorms are expected to threaten much of the eastern and central United States with flash flooding throughout the rest of this week, forecasters warned, as parts of the country,
TROY, MI - One of the state’s biggest malls is closed right now due to flooding all over its main concourses. The Oakland Mall, located at 412 W. 14 Mile Road in Troy, was forced to close in the afternoon on Wednesday, July 16, sending people home due to a burst pipe, according to a post from the mall’s Facebook page.
Forecasters warned more rain and flash flood risk is expected on July 15 after storms flooded out roads the day before.
