Based on what was in the third Avengers: Doomsday teaser, it may be in the best interest of the movie if Wolverine actually skips the upcoming crossover. As it stands, it's difficult to say if Hugh Jackman's character will receive a second outing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe following his team-up with Deadpool in Deadpool & Wolverine.
