Miss Universe 2025: Ahtisa Manalo makes Top 12 after swimsuit walk
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines' Ahtisa Manalo is into the Top 12 of the 74th Miss Universe pageant taking place in Thailand. The Miss Universe 2025 Top 30 candidates strutted on the Impact Challenger Hall stage in their swimsuit attires provided by Filipino clothing brand Bench before the Top 12 cut was announced.
In an unfortunate incident at the ongoing Miss Universe pageant in Thailand, Miss Jamaica, Dr Gabrielle Henry, suffered a brutal fall from the stage during the evening gown segment. Henry, who was wearing an orange gown paired with high heels, tumbled off the edge of the ramp.
The event will take place at 8 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 21, in Thailand. In the U.S., it will still be Thursday, Nov. 20. The Miss Universe will be broadcast live by Telemundo. Fans can also stream the competition on the official Miss Universe YouTube channel. Telemundo's broadcast will also be available on Peacock.
The Miss Universe 2025 winner is Miss Mexico Fátima Bosch. She took the crown after weeks of drama at the pageant.
