Click on it and choose the right arrow to add it to the toolbar. Click on Save once done. You should now be able to see a camera icon at the top of your screen inside Excel.

You capture pictures by using the Camera tool. This tool is not available on the various Excel ribbons, so you need to add it to the Quick Access toolbar as follows: 1. Launch Excel. 2.
