The Bengals' approach to free agency has been underwhelming at best. They simply haven't added enough talent to their roster. While things look bleak, it's worth pointing out that there is still plenty of quality talent available.

The Cincinnati Bengals enter free agency on Wednesday, March 12 with money to spend, needs to fill and contract extensions to iron out. Like the rest of the NFL, the Bengals really got started during free agency's legal tampering window, which started on Monday.

While the Bengals got Mike Gesicki back on a new deal, contracts from around the NFL seemed to dramatically bump the contract extensions for Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Trey Hendrickson.
