Blake Lively is "obviously relieved," a source tells PEOPLE after news that the judge dismissed Justin Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit against her and husband Ryan Reynolds.

Baldoni and Wayfarer's suit — stemming from the movie 'It Ends With Us' and following a complaint Lively first filed alleging sexual harassment — also named a number of other parties, including her husband Ryan Reynolds.
