The Malibu residence of late actress Shannen Doherty is being prepared for sale at $9.5 million, approximately one year after her death. Doherty, best known for her role in the popular 1990s television series “Beverly Hills, 90210,” passed away in July 2024 following a prolonged battle with breast cancer.
