US' Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday, paying homage to those who were killed in the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam this week.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday vowed to identify, track and punish terrorists and their backers. This is coming two days after 26 men were killed in an attack on tourists by suspected militants in the Himalayan territory of Kashmir.
