Entering the top of the ninth inning Friday night, it looked like Oregon State was going to get a somewhat comfortable win and move to the winners bracket at the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.

With their offense sputtering for much of the game, the Cardinals battled their way back from a late 3-1 deficit to tie the game against Oregon State in the top of the ninth.
