Running stroller, yes. Small wheel stroller, no. Only been in March, although I would think early morning would be OK. Check with locals

No you cannot. This airspace is very restricted. The White Sands Missile Range combined with Fort Bliss Army base. Always consult apps like “Airmap” prior to flight. The military has very little patience with drones.

Sorry I did not see your question sooner. Yes, the only place we found a map was at the Visitor’s Center, run mostly by volunteers. Once you get a map it shows the hiking areas …

Sorry I did not see your question sooner. Yes, the only place we found a map was at the Visitor’s Center, run mostly by volunteers. Once you get a map it shows the hiking areas around Dripping Springs. We did not go to other places in Organ Mountains. We did go to “nearby” Franklin Mountains State Park- Tom Mays Unit - has some easy & rugged paths. Don’t go to headquarters of Franklin Mountains SP on McKelligon Canyon Rd. - no trails there & infrequent office hours. Hope you enjoyed your stay in this enchanting area.
